• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree considered a plus
• 1-5 years of childcare experience
• preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Be of good character and reputation
• Possess skills, attributes and characteristics conducive to and suitable for dealing with children
• Knowledge of child growth and development
• Satisfy the mandatory background checks as required by state and company regulations. CPR and First Aid preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Willing to attend staff/parent events and complete training classes as required by state regulations
• Willing to serve in a co-teaching capacity based on center enrollment
• Must be willing to work anytime between the hours of 7am-5:30pm
