About This Role A Child's Place is a private non-profit NAEYC accredited Child Care Center serving children 6 weeks-5 years old. We are looking for an experienced, caring, and dependable teacher who exudes a passion for teaching young children. This is a full-time teaching position. This position is M-F, 40 hours a week with a rotating schedule of 8:00-4:00, 9:00-5:00, or 10:00-6:00. You must have at least 1 year of teaching experience and a CDA or higher in ECE. Strong communication skills, team teaching experience, and relevant references are required. Competitive salary based on experience and education. Benefits are available. What You'll Do Job responsibilities include: Team Teaching Creating a safe, healthy, and fun environment that promotes children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Plan and implement age appropriate activities. Communicating with families and co-teachers. Requirements At least 1 year experience working with infants CDA or higher Knowledge of the CTELDS and DOTS Passionate about teaching young children. Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a team teaching environment.
