We are looking for a warm, dependable, faith-filled Pre-K Lead Guide to lovingly lead our mixed-age preschool group. Our program is Christian-based and Waldorf-inspired , with an emphasis on creating a peaceful, rhythmic childhood experience rooted in Jesus, nature, creativity, and meaningful connection . The ideal guide will be comfortable leading children through: Daily prayer and simple, age-appropriate Christian teachings Plenty of outdoor play, exploration, and nature time Waldorf-inspired rhythms, songs, stories, and imaginative play Handworks and practical arts such as watercolor painting, beeswax, sewing, felting, knitting, seasonal crafts, and bread making Gentle routines that encourage kindness, independence, self-control, and care for one another We are looking for someone who genuinely loves young children , brings a calm and nurturing presence, is creative and comfortable outdoors, and feels called to help cultivate a beautiful, Christ-centered environment where children can learn through play, wonder, nature, and meaningful work .
