KinderCare is seeking a Lead Teacher for Shinning Stars Montessori Academy Public Charter School. In this role, you will guide a Montessori-based classroom, designing engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support each child's academic, social, and emotional growth. You will lead classroom staff, model best practices in early childhood education, and build strong partnerships with families.
