Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Goldenrod Road center to nurture and inspire young children through engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. In this role, you will create a warm, inclusive classroom that supports each child's social, emotional, and academic growth. You'll plan hands-on activities, ensure a safe and healthy environment, and build meaningful partnerships with families. As part of a collaborative team, you'll receive ongoing training, opportunities for career advancement, and the chance to make a lasting impact on children's lives every day. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early learning standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress and milestones. Support children's social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with teaching teammates and center leadership on classroom goals. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
