Apopka Child Academy is a privately owned, family-centered childcare facility located in the heart of Apopka. We proudly serve children from 6 weeks through 12 years old. We have developed our own curriculum using Creative Curriculum , with a focus on supporting the whole child through play, exploration, and meaningful learning experiences. We place a strong emphasis on social-emotional development and the skills children will use not only in kindergarten, but throughout their lives. While we have structure, routines, and curriculum in place, ACA also believes in supporting the autonomy and creativity of our teachers . We love when teachers bring their own passions, talents, and ideas into the classroom and share them with their children and colleagues. Full-Time, Year-Round Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher We are looking for someone who is excited about working with our two-year-old age group and understands the patience, consistency, energy, and nurturing care this stage of development requires.

Loves working with toddlers and understands their unique developmental needs Is patient, nurturing, dependable, and energetic Creates a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment Communicates professionally with families, coworkers, and administration Is comfortable following a daily schedule while creating fun learning experiences Works well as part of a team Is flexible and willing to learn and grow Is looking for a long-term career in Early Childhood Education Our administration team has a background in Early Childhood Education and understands what it is like to be in the classroom. We value our teachers and believe they deserve to feel appreciated and supported. We celebrate our staff through Teacher Appreciation Week, staff events, and special activities throughout the year because we truly believe our teachers are one of the most important parts of ACA.
