Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and educating toddlers, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth in a safe and engaging environment. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day. Facilitate classroom activities that encourage creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking. Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a positive learning atmosphere. Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment. Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive educational experience for all children, including those with special needs. Requirements A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience in childcare or preschool settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents. A genuine passion for educating young children and supporting their growth. Familiarity with special education practices is beneficial but not required.
