Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Daycare Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Your passion for working with children and your expertise in early childhood education will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and grow. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while developing your skills in classroom management and curriculum implementation.
Duties:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning, curiosity, and respect among children. Monitor and support children's behavior through effective behavior management strategies. Facilitate age-appropriate activities that support childhood development milestones and early intervention needs. Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum development initiatives tailored to diverse learning styles and special education requirements. Maintain detailed records of children's progress, including assessments related to standardized testing and individualized education plans (IEPs). Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's development, milestones, and classroom experiences.
