Job Description

The Learning Experience Corp seeks a Lead Teacher and Floater to nurture children ages six weeks to six years in a purpose-built early education center. You will lead your own classroom and float to support other age groups, delivering our proprietary curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, engaging environment, observing and documenting milestones, and building strong partnerships with families. You'll join a collaborative, child-first team with ongoing training, clear career pathways, and opportunities to shape innovative early learning experiences. Responsibilities Lead daily instruction and care for children ages six weeks to six years Implement The Learning Experience proprietary curriculum with fidelity Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment Serve as a floater to support multiple classrooms and age groups as needed Observe and document child development and progress Communicate regularly with families about children's activities and milestones Collaborate with center staff to support inclusive, child-first practices Follow licensing, health, and safety regulations and center policies Participate in training, coaching, and professional development Support center events and family/community engagement activities Required Skills Early childhood classroom management Lesson planning and curriculum implementation Child development observation and documentation Health, safety, and licensing compliance Behavior guidance and classroom routines Parent and family communication Basic computer skills and childcare software use Sanitation and classroom organization Team collaboration in childcare setting Emergency response and first aid awareness
