Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Boynton Beach learning center. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children explore, learn, and grow. You will design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional skills, and closely observe each child's progress. By partnering with families and collaborating with fellow educators, you will help shape a positive, inclusive community focused on early learning. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations and Kinder Care policies. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
