Key Responsibilities:

Implement monthly play-based, child-directed program for both preschool and school age children Contribute to program development by offering creative and enriching art and movement activities Maintain the high quality of our center through personalized care of each child Ensure compliance with all DCF and state licensing, health, and safety regulations Interpersonal communication skills that demonstrate warmth and empathy for adults and children Serve meals and snacks

Requirements:

KidsPark is a State Licensed Facility. As such, our teachers must meet Florida DCF Early Learning/Child Care Licensing requirements, including: Completion of astate-approved 45-hour introductory child care training, National or FL CDA or Formal Education Completion of additional annual in-service training hours as required by DCF Current CPR and First Aid certification Must pass background screenings, including Level 2 background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening In addition, KidsPark requires the following: Maintain current certification in first aid and CPR Effective communication with adults and children in written and verbal formats Willingness to learn and a positive attitude Create and share innovative activities Be accessible to your center by phone
