$14.00-$18.00 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (Can change within operating hours) Join Our Growing Team! Whiz Kids Academy at Pelican is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants and young toddlers Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development Maintain daily classroom routines and schedules Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities QualificationsRequired Previous experience working in a childcare, preschool, or early childhood education setting Completion of Florida 45-Hour DCF Child Care Training High School Diploma or equivalent Strong communication and classroom management skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude Preferred Child Development Associate ( CDA ) Credential or higher degree in Early Childhood Education CPR/First Aid/AED Certification Experience working with infants and toddlers Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Health Insurance 401(k) Supportive leadership and team environment Professional growth and advancement opportunities Consistent full-time schedule with no weekends Why Join Whiz Kids Academy?
