Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Celebration learning center. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children explore, learn, and grow. You'll implement age-appropriate curriculum, guide social-emotional development, and partner closely with families. Working within our inclusive, collaborative culture, you'll receive ongoing training and support, with opportunities to help design engaging activities and build your career in early childhood education while making a meaningful impact every day. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Observe and document children's developmental milestones. Collaborate with center staff to plan activities and events. Follow licensing regulations and Kinder Care policies and procedures. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Support classroom routines including meals, rest time, and transitions.
