Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Kids Club Attendant to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children of all ages. In this role, you will facilitate fun and educational activities, supervise children during various programs, and ensure their well-being at all times. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster positive experiences that promote childhood development and happiness. Responsibilities Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction for toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's participation, behavior, and progress Maintain a clean, organized activity space that adheres to safety standards and health regulations Respond promptly to children's needs. Enforce behavior management strategies to foster positive conduct and social skills among children Stay informed about childhood development best practices, including early childhood education principles and mandated reporting laws Qualifications Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, babysitting, nannying, or classroom environments Knowledge of childhood development stages for Toddlers through elementary school-age children Ability to work with individuals with disabilities and adapt activities accordingly Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; ongoing training preferred Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Experience caring for toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs is highly desirable Demonstrated ability in activity planning for children and behavior management techniques Familiarity with early childhood education principles and classroom experience is a plus Join us to inspire joy, curiosity, and growth in every child you care for!
