We are looking for loving, patient, reliable, organized individuals to join our team! Must be 18, have a high school diploma, pass a background screening and drug test. Must be willing to take online and possibly in person trainings. The most important aspect is your temperament. We want staff that love children, love to learn, and have the patience to work with our children. CDA is required. This position is working in a classroom with another teacher with up to 6 infants, or in a one-year-old room with another teacher with up to 10 one year olds.

Hours are:

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, art, educational play, media etc.) to teach children Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.) Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times Track children's progress and report to parents Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children's background and psyche Collaborate with other educators Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
