We are seeking a candidate who can work Monday through Friday from 2:00 to 6:00. This individual must have experience working with children aged one to five years old, primarily in the toddler classroom.

Benefits :

Sick Pay will be accrued for a maximum of 48 hours, applied to each employee's policy, and paid out for absences due to illness each calendar year. Responsibilities:

Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, songs etc.) to keep children calm and happy Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments Update our Tadpoles app if needed with diapers or potty training. Collaborate with other educators. Shutting down the classroom at the end of the day. This will include taking out the trash, sweeping, cleaning the bathroom, and other similar tasks.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience working in a licensed childcare facility Experience with toddlers 45 DCF Training Hours (One year to complete courses and exams) Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms Excellent communication and instructional skills Ability to act as a mediator between children Cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable Certification in child CPR or willingness to obtain
