Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team! The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, maintaining a safe and structured classroom environment, and fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and ready to take ownership of their classroom while collaborating with leadership.
