Responsibilities Develop and execute creative, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and individual student needs Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages social-emotional growth, curiosity, and independence Manage daily classroom routines, behavior management strategies, and child welfare practices to ensure a safe and supportive environment Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress, address concerns, and promote family engagement Implement curriculum development strategies focused on literacy education, math skills, physical education, and early intervention techniques Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and health & safety regulations such as first aid and CPR certifications Collaborate with colleagues to plan special activities, assessments, and classroom management initiatives that enhance learning experiences for young children Skills Extensive experience working with children in preschool or early childhood education settings Strong knowledge of childhood development instruction, behavior management, and classroom management techniques Proven ability to develop engaging curricula across multiple domains including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills Excellent communication skills for effective parent communication and teamwork Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention programs for diverse learner needs Experience with standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood assessment Certification in first aid and CPR; knowledge of mandated reporting laws is essential Demonstrated classroom experience with toddler care, daycare environments, or private preschool settings Ability to implement child welfare policies while maintaining an energetic and motivating teaching style Join us in shaping the future by creating joyful learning experiences for our youngest learners!
