We are looking for an after-school Child Care Worker to encourage the healthy intellectual and psychological growth of the children in our facilities. You will supervise them while also motivating them to use their mental capacities and exercise their imagination. Responsibilities Design and follow a full schedule of activities Provide basic care and caregiving activities Use a wide range of activities (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc) to enhance the child's abilities Uphold Episcopal values and support school community expectations Observe children's interactions and promote the spirit of concord Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action Collaborate with other faculty and staff Adhere to safety regulations Qualifications and Requirements Level II Background Screening High School Degree (required) Minimum one year of childcare experience Complete all required Praesidium Academy online safety training Experience as a child care professional Patience, flexibility and love for children Strong communication and time management skills

Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
