Hi experienced teachers! Are you a fun and dynamic leader who loves early childhood development and community building? Explorico Indoor Playground is looking for a dynamic Lead Teacher to be the heart of our Cooper City location. You will lead our Preschool prep class, direct our Summer Campers, and facilitate our Mommy & Me sessions. We are looking for a creative, high-energy leader who can connect with kids and build great relationships with their parents.

Primary Responsibilities Pre-K Readiness:

Act as the lead instructor for our Pre-K program (ages 3-5) and Summer Camp groups. You will own the classroom flow, ensuring every child is safe and engaged.

Creative Enrichment:

Lead daily Circle Time, design interactive Sensory Bins, and facilitate Process-Art Crafts. We value a "sensory-first" mindset!

Mommy & Me Specialist:

Lead sessions for toddlers and their caregivers, guiding them through songs, movement, and developmental play.

Administrative Ownership:

When not teaching, you will register families in our system, handle check-ins, engage with parents to offer our services, and assist with light office tasks to keep the center organized.

Bilingual Communication:

Use your Spanish/English skills to welcome families and provide daily updates on their child's progress.

Who You Are A Versatile Educator:

You know how to pivot your energy from a high-energy camp game to a calm Mommy & Me song. Previous Experience in similar positions is required

Tech-Savvy:

You are comfortable using a computer/tablet to manage our family database and registration system. Bilingual preferred to best serve our local community.
