Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress
• Monitor and assess each child's development and provide feedback to parents
• Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
• Familiarity with first aid procedures for children
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively, including behavior management techniques
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, or special needs children is a plus
• Understanding of early childhood education curriculum frameworks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing situations We offer competitive pay based on experience.
