Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners aged 1 to 4 years. Responsibilities Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students. Foster relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication about student progress and classroom activities. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting is essential. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices, including special education strategies. Classroom management skills with the ability to create an engaging learning atmosphere. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members. A genuine passion for educating young children and supporting their growth in a nurturing environment.
