This position requires strong leadership skills, creativity in lesson planning, and a commitment to the growth of each child. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets the diverse needs of students. Create lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, and physical education. Manage classroom activities and behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment. Foster communication with parents regarding child welfare, progress, and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance classroom experience and share best practices in early childhood education. Maintain a safe and organized classroom that promotes childhood development and encourages exploration. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings. DCF 45 Childcare hours completed.
