Job Description
We are looking for one of a kind Teachers for our center, the ideal candidates will be caring individuals, who are enthusiastic and motivated to deliver the best care and commitment to education, preparing our student for the challenges that lie ahead. As a valued member of staff with Golden Triangle Learning Center, you will need to develop positive relationships with our children and parents, creating an open, warm and friendly atmosphere that clients want to be a part of. You will also be a team player, prepared to do what it takes to ensure of the smooth operation of the center. If you like to be active and busy, with no two days being the same and you are a motivated, self-starter with strong communication skills and experience in, customer service and early childhood, this position would be an excellent fit. In order to be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:- 18 years of age High School Diploma CDA VPK Certificated Caring nature is a must with the ability to relate positively to young children in a mature and responsible manor. Must have 45 DCF hours and experience working in a preschool setting and Must be able to demonstrate excellent organization and leadership skills strong oral and written communication skills Able to write and implement lesson plans that meet the State Standards Accepts responsibility for maintenance and necessary housekeeping duties of the classroom, common use areas and playgrounds. Must be willing to work and open schedule to meet the need of the business Maintains a professional attitude and work behavior. Maintains professional personal appearance Personnel will have a fingerprinting and/or criminal investigation report completed.
