MUST HAVE PRESCHOOL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
Job description: Overview The Preschool Administrative Assistant supports the daily operations of a high-quality early childhood program. This role ensures smooth office operations while providing excellent service to families, staff, and the community. Responsibilities Manage front office operations (phones, emails, greeting families). Schedule and conduct tours for prospective families and support enrollment follow-up. Maintain student files, enrollment documentation, and attendance logs. Assist with billing, tuition tracking, and basic administrative reporting. Support licensing compliance and health and safety documentation. Coordinate calendars, communications, and special events. Provide general administrative support to the Director and teaching staff. Qualifications Administrative experience required; preschool or childcare experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in computer skills and general office technology. Professional, welcoming demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality. This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing high-quality learning experiences for young children.
