The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, guiding students through their educational journey, and collaborating with parents to support each child's growth and development. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and developmental milestones. Utilize knowledge of childhood development to tailor educational approaches for individual learners. Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote overall health and wellness. Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments while ensuring compliance with educational standards. Experience Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education. Familiarity with lesson planning techniques and curriculum development is highly desirable.
