Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Infant Room Teacher to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will create a warm, engaging, and safe environment for our youngest learners. Your primary focus will be on fostering early childhood development through attentive supervision, age-appropriate activities, and effective communication with parents. Duties Supervise and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote early childhood growth and learning Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment tailored to infants' needs Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures Support children's social-emotional development through positive behavior management and nurturing interactions Adhere to mandated reporting laws and document any concerns related to child welfare or development Experience Prior experience working with infants in daycare, preschool, or childcare settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience with classroom management and behavior management techniques for young children Certification in first aid, CPR, including pediatric first aid, is required or willing to be obtained upon hire Strong communication skills for parent engagement and team collaboration Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with childcare regulations

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
