Company Overview The Creative Play School is a dedicated preschool facility that provides exceptional care for children aged 2 months to 5 years. Our mission is to foster a nurturing environment where learning occurs through active play, guided by a developmentally appropriate curriculum. Summary We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Creative Play School. In this role, you will create an engaging and safe learning environment for young children, helping them reach their optimal potential through individualized attention and play-based learning. Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and promote active learning. Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive, structured environment. Provide individual attention to each child, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Guide children in their play activities, encouraging exploration and creativity. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and needs. Collaborate with other teachers to create a cohesive educational experience. Requirements Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting. Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage students effectively. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education. Ability to create inclusive lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning needs.
