Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. The Early Childhood Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering a love for learning, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Experience Prior classroom experience working with children in early childhood education settings or daycare environments is essential. Demonstrated knowledge of toddler care practices, behavior management techniques, and childhood development principles is required. Experience developing curricula that include literacy education, math fundamentals, and preschool activities is highly desirable. Background in special education or early intervention programs will be considered an asset. Proven ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents, and team members is crucial for success in this role. Familiarity with classroom management tools, standardized testing procedures, and lesson planning methods tailored for preschool-aged children is preferred.
