A love for spending time with children—engaging, talking with, caring for, and playing with them. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others. A proactive attitude and the ability to manage a busy, active environment while meeting children's needs. An openness to receive and offer support, helping create a positive and collaborative work atmosphere. Eagerness to learn and apply new information, and a desire for ongoing personal and professional growth. A willingness to enhance your skills in providing high-quality care and education. Ability to use technology appropriately in the classroom to support learning and development.
