Job Description
## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children. ## Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate math, physical education, and other subjects
- Manage the classroom effectively to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
- Provide individualized attention to students to support their learning and development
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's educational journey ## Requirements
- CDA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- 45 Hour State Mandated Classes required
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children required
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus
