Job Description
KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Miami Lakes learning center. In this role, you'll create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children explore, learn, and grow. You will design developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons, support social-emotional development, and maintain strong communication with families. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Observe and document children's progress to support individualized learning. Communicate regularly with families about children's development and daily experiences. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and childcare licensing standards. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and special programs. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Set up and maintain clean, engaging learning centers and materials.
