Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Collaborate with center staff to support curriculum and center goals. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Engage families through regular communication and positive relationships. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Prepare classroom materials and maintain organized learning spaces.
