Responsibilities Lead classroom management efforts to maintain a positive, respectful environment conducive to young children's growth and learning. Uses positive guidance techniques consistent with Conscious Discipline, state regulations, counsels children when social, academic or adjustment problems arise. Ensure compliance with all educational regulations, safety standards, and licensing requirements related to childcare and early childhood education.
