- Assist the classroom teachers in with various tasks
- Support classroom management by maintaining a safe and nurturing environment
- Provide care and supervision to children in a preschool setting
- Engage children in educational activities that promote their development
- Assist with daily routines such as mealtime, naptime, and toileting
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom Experience and Requirements
- Completed DCF 45 hours coursework is required
- Availability until 6:00pm
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or educational setting.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills to assist with lesson planning and classroom management
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
- Smiling face and demeanor looking to provide a magical preschool experience for children.
