Where Faith Starts Early. We're looking for a Lead Teacher for our Lake Worth campus who genuinely loves children and wants to be part of a team that takes both education and faith seriously. Grow With Every Age Group You'll have your own classroom, this is not a floater position. What makes this role different is that we hire teachers for the campus , not for one age group. You may start in infants and later move into twos, threes, or VPK. Assignments are made by campus leadership based on enrollment and where we believe you'll shine. What You'll Do Serve as Lead Teacher in your assigned classroom, with the openness to be placed in any age group as campus needs change Plan and teach engaging, age-appropriate lessons using our Experience Curriculum and Experience God Curriculum Weave faith, prayer, and biblical values naturally into everyday routines Create a classroom that is safe, joyful, organized, and well-managed Build warm, trusting relationships with families and communicate consistently through Brightwheel Guide and support assistant teachers and floaters in your classroom Meet all DCF, ELC, and VPK requirements, including accurate attendance and documentation What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of classroom experience in early childhood (required) Florida DCF 45-Hour Introductory Child Care Training — required and verifiable at time of hire Ability to serve as a Lead Teacher - you can run a classroom, not just support one Openness to teaching any age group, infants through VPK Schedule flexibility within our hours of operation CDA or Staff Credential strongly preferred VPK-eligible credentials a plus Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred A personal faith and a heart aligned with our mission and values Dependable, warm, teachable, and team-minded What We Offer A supportive leadership team that shows up for its teachers Cross-training across all age groups, so you grow as a teacher Paid training and professional development Growth opportunities across our six Palm Beach County campuses A workplace where your faith is welcomed, not set aside Before You Apply Applicants must live in the Palm Beach County area, provide DCF training transcripts, and hold current Level 2 background screening clearance or be eligible to obtain it.
