• Assist the classroom teachers in with various tasks
• Support classroom management by maintaining a safe and nurturing environment
• Provide care and supervision to children in a preschool setting
• Engage children in educational activities that promote their development
• Assist with daily routines such as mealtime, naptime, and toileting
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children
• Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom Experience and Requirements
• Completed DCF 45 hours coursework
• Ability to work to 6:00pm
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or educational setting.
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Strong organizational skills to assist with lesson planning and classroom management
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
• Smiling face and demeanor looking to provide a magical preschool experience for children.
