We are looking for a caring, self-motivated, and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about working with young children and eager to grow professionally. You'll help create a positive and supportive learning environment while working closely with a small team of educators.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach and Care:
Provide a safe and engaging classroom for children, plan activities, and support their development.
Teamwork:
Work with other staff members to share daily tasks and responsibilities.
Learn and Grow:
Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
Communicate:
Keep parents informed about their child's progress and any concerns.
Maintain Safety:
Ensure the classroom and play areas are clean, safe, and well-organized.
Qualifications:
Education:
Actively working toward obtaining a GED, High School diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education (ECE) training preferred.
Experience:
Experience working with young children is a plus, but not required.
Background Check:
Must complete a background screening before employment.
Training:
Willingness to complete required training courses after hire.
