Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. As the Class Lead Teacher for Three's Class, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young learners. Your leadership will inspire both children and staff, ensuring that each child's developmental needs are met through innovative curriculum development, effective classroom management, and compassionate childcare. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape young minds and contribute to a positive learning community. Duties Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori principles to support holistic childhood development. Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for toddlers and preschoolers. Manage classroom routines and behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and emotional well-being. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental milestones and tailor lesson plans accordingly. Ensure compliance with all childcare regulations, health standards, and safety protocols while maintaining detailed documentation of student progress and classroom activities. Experience Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Demonstrated ability in classroom management, behavior management strategies, and lesson planning tailored to toddlers and preschoolers. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring methods for young learners in subjects like math and physical education. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and community partners dedicated to child welfare. Prior experience in preschool or daycare settings emphasizing childhood development principles is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.
