Duties Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills for toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care Maintain clear and open communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns Follow mandated reporting laws by accurately documenting incidents or concerns related to child safety or well-being Assist with basic childcare tasks such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and nap routines for infants and toddlers Manage behavior using positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good conduct and social interaction Skills Experience working with children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Ability to plan engaging activities that foster learning and development in young children Strong child supervision skills ensuring safety during playtime, outings, and indoor activities Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Certification in First Aid and CPR to respond effectively in emergencies Excellent communication skills for parent engagement and teamwork within a childcare setting Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for young children Classroom or daycare experience that demonstrates reliability, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners Join us in creating a joyful environment where children feel safe to explore, learn, and grow!
