The Learning Experience•Land O' Lakes is looking for a passionate, caring, and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing team! We are seeking an educator who is excited to create meaningful learning experiences, build strong relationships with children and families, and help every child reach their individual potential. What You'll Do Create a warm, safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment . Implement the center's curriculum through hands-on, age-appropriate learning experiences. Support children's social-emotional, cognitive, language, physical, and early academic development . Plan and provide activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, exploration, problem-solving, and a love of learning. Support children in developing age-appropriate independence, confidence, and social skills. Build meaningful relationships with each child and recognize their individual strengths, interests, growth, and accomplishments. Provide nurturing care and guidance while maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment. Communicate regularly and professionally with families regarding children's progress, classroom activities, and developmental milestones. Complete classroom records, attendance, lesson plans, assessments, observations, and other required documentation accurately and on time. Observe and respond to each child's individual learning and developmental needs. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming classroom. Collaborate with center leadership and fellow teachers to provide a consistent, high-quality experience for every child. Follow all applicable Florida childcare licensing, health, safety, and center policies and procedures . Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and required training.
