Job Description
•Please note that applicants with no teaching or childcare experience will not be considered •We are seeking a passionate, dependable, and energetic Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team at The Goddard School! The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and safe classroom environment while supporting the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children ages 12-24 months. As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, maintaining daily classroom routines, building strong relationships with families, and ensuring compliance with all licensing and Goddard standards. Candidates should be patient, organized, professional, and enthusiastic about early childhood education.
