If you love working with children and have a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote development in young children Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and needs Follow all preschool policies and procedures, including maintaining cleanliness and organization in the classroom Foster a positive and collaborative environment with colleagues and staff
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (required) DCF 40-Hour Child Care Training (must be completed within 90 days of hire) Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) (preferred or in progress) Previous experience in a child care or preschool setting (required) Strong understanding of early childhood development First Aid/CPR certification (preferred) Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening A love for children and a positive, team-oriented attitude!
