Are you passionate about early childhood education? Ready to make a lasting impact on young learners? Join our team at the YMCA as a Two's Program Lead Teacher! We're looking for someone who's nurturing, energetic, and committed to creating a positive, safe, and enriching environment for toddlers.

Duties:

Deliver high-quality care and early education aligned with the YMCA's values: honesty, respect, responsibility and caring Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities-arts & crafts, music, storytelling, outdoor play, and more Support positive behavior and foster social-emotional growth Supervise daily routines like meals, free play, and playground time Build strong, positive relationships with families and conduct regular parent-teacher conferences Maintain accurate classroom and program records Participate in staff meetings, training, and family engagement events

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent required CDA credential or a related college degree Completion of DCF Introductory Child Care Training (Parts 1 & 2) 6 months to 1 year of preschool teaching experience Able to lift up to 40lbs and actively engage with children both indoors and outdoors

Perks & Pay:
