What You'll Do:

Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom where children can learn, play, and grow Inspire curiosity and confidence by using a growth mindset to nurture young learners Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children, tailored to each child's unique needs Provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where children thrive Build strong relationships with families through regular communication, sharing milestones and daily adventures through apps and personal conversations Collaborate with center leadership and team members to support enrollment, engagement, and overall success Create a positive culture where teamwork, laughter, and learning happen every day

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred High School Diploma/GED required DCF 45 Hours Training Active CDA credential with VPK endorsement College coursework in Early Childhood Education highly preferred Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices CPR and First Aid Certification preferred Must meet all state licensing requirements for the role Ready to Love Where You Work?
