Inspiring Kids Academy is currently hiring Preschool Teachers who are passionate about early childhood education and creating a positive learning environment for young children. We are proud to be an APPLE Accredited School and use the Frog Street Curriculum to support children's social, emotional, and academic development. Our program focuses on hands-on learning, strong classroom routines, and meaningful teacher-child interactions that help children build confidence and a love for learning. Responsibilities Implement engaging lesson plans using the Frog Street Curriculum Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth Maintain positive communication with families and team members Follow all DCF licensing regulations and school policies Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development Qualifications Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred DCF 45-hour training completed or willingness to complete CDA, FCCPC, or Early Childhood coursework preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Positive attitude and strong classroom management skills Passion for early childhood education Why Join Inspiring Kids Academy?
