We are looking for a caring, organized, energetic, and dependable 3-Year-Old Classroom Teacher to join our team!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Applicants MUST have completed the 45 hours of required DCF training. Our classroom has only 8 children , providing an excellent 1:8 teacher-to-child ratio , well below the 1:15 ratio.

00AM TO 5:00PM What We Are Looking For The ideal teacher will have a strong understanding of how three-year-olds learn and develop and will be able to create a classroom environment that is structured, engaging, positive, and consistent . We are looking for someone who: Has completed the 45 hours required by DCF . Provides clear structure and consistent daily routines. Maintains appropriate classroom discipline with patience, positivity, and consistency. Has plenty of creative ideas and activities to keep children engaged and learning. Helps children learn to listen, follow directions, share, and interact appropriately with others. Creates fun, hands-on learning experiences appropriate for three-year-olds. Keeps children actively engaged throughout the day. Encourages independence, confidence, and positive behavior. Is dependable, responsible, patient, and enthusiastic. Communicates well with parents and staff. Maintains a safe, clean, nurturing, and organized classroom. Responsibilities The teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, maintaining classroom routines, supervising children, supporting social-emotional development, and helping each child reach important developmental milestones. The successful candidate must be comfortable setting clear expectations and boundaries while creating a warm and supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
