We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Counselor to join our team. The Counselor will be responsible for educating students, managing classroom dynamics, and fostering positive relationships that encourage personal growth.
  • Responsibilities
  • Implement effective classroom management techniques to maintain a conducive learning environment.
  • Provide sports coaching and physical activities that promote teamwork and physical fitness.
  • Offer childcare support during events or activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
  • Utilize knowledge of early childhood education and childhood development to tailor approaches for individual student needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and any incidents that occur during counseling sessions or activities.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other staff members to create a supportive network for students.
  • Requirements
  • Experience working with students in educational or recreational settings is preferred.
  • Strong background in early childhood education or childhood development is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with first aid procedures is a plus; certification is encouraged.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students and parents.
  • Ability to manage diverse groups of children with varying needs effectively.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to motivate students are essential qualities for this role.
