Maintain a well-organized classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and creativity. Qualifications Prior experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Experience developing curriculum that supports literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional growth. Familiarity with behavior management techniques and classroom management best practices. Certification in first aid and CPR is required to ensure child safety at all times. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to adhere to mandated reporting laws and maintain confidentiality regarding student information. Demonstrated understanding of special education needs and experience working with children requiring additional support is preferred.
