Summary Edu1st is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the VESS Model. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Manage classroom activities and maintain effective classroom management strategies. Support the individual needs of each child, including those with special educational needs. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational practices within the preschool. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with preschool-aged children is essential. Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management. Ability to create an inclusive environment for all learners.
